Testimonials
"Top Level worked on my home and
re-leveled it just like it was the day we moved into it."
Mr. Minor, Lake Fork, Texas
"Top Level was subcontracted by another
foundation co. They raised my 2- story slab up 4” and re-leveled the
whole corner that was broken."
Mrs. Snyder, Lake Cypress
"I had about 2/3rds of my home eaten up with
termites, Top Level repaired it, not leaving one bit of damaged wood and better
than the contractor built it originally. While they were here it only took
them 2 extra days to re-level the master bedroom. The drainage system was
a work of art and no standing water is around my home when it rains any
more."
Mr. Kinnion, Lake Tawakoni

Run-off Systems,
Gutters, Lift Stations, French Drains
"Our yard was muck. Top Level installed a drainage
system and put all the water in a big huge pump under ground. Now when it
rains the water is pumped to my pond behind the barn. It was money well
spent. They also showed us areas to watch around the bricks so we would
know if the slab was shifting."

About Randy McMillan
Randy has been leveling homes since 1983. He had his start setting up
single wide mobile homes from Key Homes. Working with his brother, they
would dig in and level pads, pull axles, and adjust doors, and do the
sewer drops to septic, prior to anchoring to the ground with hurricane
straps. This was fast paced work and sometimes during the busy season it
wasn’t uncommon to set up 3 in 1 day. Later this progressed into Double
Wide mobile homes; basically the first half was the same as a single wide
until the 2nd half arrived. They would then roll the 2 halves together and
tie the floors together with lags, then lag the ridge line on the roof and
do the electrical and plumbing crossovers, usually taking 1-2 days for 1
home. This leveling process of large structures progressed into real
challenges, one example was the leveling of some of the
huge pieces of furniture for the New
Chancellors office
in the buildings at
the North Texas University at Denton. Randy has worked with Kemp
Remodeling for the past 8 years and has since been in charge of the 4
divisions of the House Leveling Program, Randy is experienced in
evaluations of foundations, leveling of both Slab, Pier & Beam, and Brick
veneer type foundations and yes, still mobile homes.
In the house leveling business, Randy has learned the importance of water
control around the property. He has utilized his experiences working with
different soil compositions of past and present and applied them to the
Water Drainage divisions and tried to educate homeowners of the importance
of monitoring and or removing the water traps and problems around their
home. Most important, he has been trained on service and to do the
call-backs when someone has a movement, even though the job is finished and
has been for quite sometime. The homeowner is still our customer and their
needs will be taken care of.
