Lake Fork Fishing Report
Submitted 2-4FOR THE FISH OF A LIFETIME FISH FORK! I DO!!" -10
This week on Lake Fork The water temp. is in the 40's and the lake is full with over an inch of rain last night and winter weather on the way this next week. The bite was decent last week on Red lipless cranks. but I'm afraid will toughen up with the forecasted weather. At any rate Cover lots of spots. I say spots because the some fish have been setting up on pre spawn spots. Check the sides of drains and secondary points on the upstream side. Grass flats have been holding fish but we have been doing better on the spots.

As the month continues the lipless bite should improve and the jig bite and the jerk bait bite should kick in. Stay with grass and structure shallow and cover water. The full moons this spring are late in the months so hopefully the water temp will cooperate. The groundhog saw his shadow so you know what that means.

As with every year guides and motels book up quickly. To ensure that you get the dates you want, book early
